Note your browser and version, and what you were doing when it happened.
If the inbox enhancements didn't appear, try reloading the HomeExchange messages page once.
Your folders, labels, and notes are stored locally — you can back them up anytime via Export backup in the extension popup.

Common questions

Where is my data? Entirely on your own device, in your browser's local extension storage. Nothing is sent to a server. See the privacy policy.
How do I move my data to another computer? Use Export backup in the popup to save a JSON file, then Import it on the other machine.
Is this made by HomeExchange? No. BetterInbox is an independent, unofficial tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by HomeExchange.
